Craig (Our web guy), has kindly shared the instructions on how to do RSS feeds from this site:

1. Find the little orange RSS feed icon on our site that you want to subscribe to. Right-click on it and choose Copy Link Location.
2. Go to your Gmail.
3. Click on Reader at the top (this will open a new window)
4. Click on + Add a subscription
5. Paste the link you had copied in Step 1 into this box and click Add.
6. Voila. You are now following updates from our site.
7. Do it again for our other feeds (ie Blog and Forum etc)
